Shipping

All orders to Greece are entitled to Free Shipping.
For orders within the European Union, the shipping cost is 25 euros.
Delivery time is 1-2 business days on most Greek regions and 3-5 days within the EU.
All orders are shipped via ACS Courier Service (Greece) and DHL Express (EU). 

Returns

In case a return is needed, all items must be returned new, unused and with all SCALA garment tags attached, within 15 days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund.
For orders to Greece, the return is free and will take place through the same courier service that made the delivery (ACS Courier).
In order to proceed with the return, the customer must contact [email protected] indicating the info relating to the shipment, the garment that is to be returned along with the reason for the return. 
The courier is authorized to report any deformation of the package that could, in any way, alter the quality of the returned item.
The reimbursement will be sent within 30 days after the goods are received back.
